Monterrey’s top class airport facilities are conveniently located just 75 minutes’ flying time from Mexico City and connect directly with the main U.S. hubs of Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York.

Monterrey International Airport is the main air hub in the north of Mexico. It welcomed 5.2 million passengers in 2006, making it the 12th busiest airport in Latin America.

A new 5-acre terminal is under construction at a cost of US$40m. It will be equipped with the latest hi-tech systems to handle a further 1.5 million passengers per year.

The North International Airport, handles an average of 95 commercial flights a day and is the second largest general aviation facility in Mexico, has the best safety and service quality record in the whole of Latin America, and is the main gateway to the northeast of the country for domestic and foreign investors.
